Includes all of the City of Monroe west of 13th Avenue, and is about six (6) square miles in size.

DISTRICT DEMOGRAPHICS:
This district contains mostly business and industrial areas, mainly in the west side, southwest side and near west sides of the city. There are two elementary schools and a technical college campus in this district. The Swiss Colony, RR Donnelley Business Forms, Orchid-Advance Transformer, Badger State Ethanol, and numerous other employers are located in this district, along with large retail stores such as a Wal~Mart Super Center and Shopko, and large food stores such as Pick N Save and Piggly-Wiggly.
