Online Reporting

INTENDED FOR MINOR COMPLAINTS ONLY!
Please be mindful that most incidents need on-scene investigation by a police officer to obtain evidence, take photographs, and conduct interviews. If you choose to report by this method, we are not afforded the opportunity to investigate your complaint first hand. The most common example of this type of reporting is minor thefts, vandalism, lost property, and City Code violations. These matters usually require no investigation and the victim only seeks documentation of the complaint, or to make the Department aware of the activity.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Until such time that we are able to furnish an online reporting format, a downloadable form is available as either an MS Word document or PDF file. You may print the form, complete the necessary information, and return it to us in person, via regular mail, or fax. Otherwise the MS Word version can be saved to "My Documents", edited with your information, and returned to us as an Email attachment. Please be as complete as possible with your information, names and property descriptions. This will avoid unnecessary delays to the data entry process.
